Skipping Ropes for Adults - Steel Skipping Rope for Men & Women - 3 Spare Cables - Jump Rope for Fitness Boxing & Gym - Weighted Speed Rope Ready - Non Slip Grip & Durable Ball Bearings

Started by DU journey with a spare rope from the training Box, moved to a basic one of my own and now on to this one. The quality of this product against the price makes it great value. It's nicely balanced and turns effortlessly. It has helped me progress my DUs. The handles are slightly weighted (you could add specially designed weights if you want), have a good grip and the bearings help the rope move freely. Having three options of rope is great. I started with the black (heaviest, but only by margins) and once I got the technique I moved to the Red one. I am going to use the Blue as a spare. The length of rope provided is generous and sufficient for most heights, unless you are ridiculously tall. Overall, unless you are a competetive Crossfit Athlete with specific programming this product is perfect for most levels and needs.

Fantastic speed rope: very well crafted, feels nice in the hands, light yet sturdy and solid. Ropes are high quality (no tangle, robust) and the fact you get 3 of them, with different thickness is a real nice touch. Best rope I've used for speed, I bought this specific ally to master DUs and after 3 days using it I've got it nailed and I'm hooked and can't stop :) Many speed ropes are pretty much the same with only little nuances between them, and whether or not one is better than another could well just be a case of personal preference but I cannot find anything on this rope I'd improve, it's 10/10.

You pay a little extra, but you get a far better product for it. The bearing mechanism feels much smoother and (hopefully will prove to be) more robust and harder wearing. As long as I remember to grease the bearing racer occasionally. So if you are a keen and regularly user, it's definitely worth the extra. I also changed it to using their thinner wire rope (the red or blue spares). The speed and the consistency I now achieve is clearly improved from previous purchases of other manufacturers. Their guide for rope length is good for newbs i guess, but as I'm already a regular user, I've found a personal length that matches my current ability, so would recommend you also play with the length before cutting, as you may find your optimum length does not match with their initial suggestions. Great rope, great mechanics, and the bundle you get with it shows they love their product too.

Taking me to the next level of speed rope and already seen an improvement in my jump rope skills after a few weeks of using. Worth the price and better than many other brands asking for more. Would like if a smaller rooe bag was offered as no need to carry all three cables at any one time and no spare screw caps found in the bag for risk of losing one in gym floor. Advise to wear high socks as when you do whip your leg it hurts

I'm really pleased with quality of this product. Easy to assemble and to adjust can't add anymore images sadly as amazon don't want to accept them . Handles are not weighted but product is absolutely fantastic.

Listed as aluminium but has become rusty. Unacceptable for this price. Also doubled in price!

Didn't last a a week, fell apart.

This is a really good product. Nice and weighted in the handle, with a really nice smooth action. It also came with 2 spare ropes / cables, which I think are a little lighter in weight, but to be honest I haven't tried them yet as I'm happy with the heavier one. The rope comes in a little bag that is great for keeping it from getting tangled in my gym bag. This is only my second rope, and I am definitely still learning to skip, but really feel this is going to help me along nicely. Well done Brank! Highly recommended.

Very great jump rope. Spin ability is perfect. I have no issues. The weights is extremely lightweight for speed rope. Extremely easy adjustments, utilizing the screw just have to tighten it ** do you want issue was when I was at the gym using the jump rope, one of the handle screws got loose and flew off in the middle of my session lol I was in the gym, trying to find a tiny screw on the floor 😂.. I put it back on the jump rope and tightened it and it works perfectly fine.(just understand to make sure the screw is tight… and probably once a month to check on the screw to make sure it doesn’t loosen)
