These are the best grips I have owned. I have tried different versions of victory grips, also bear komplex. These are just like the carbon fiber from bear komplex (stick great to the bar), but with better velcro, softer on the hands, easier to shape.... And half of the price.For reference, I am women (using husband's account), 126 pounds and small hands. I ordered medium because I like to make a fold.I also ordered the falcon version but I didn't like em because they were thicker and stiff (harder to make a fold)... Not for my small hands.

I bought these grips to help because my hands tend to sweat a lot depending on the workout I am doing, and I prefer to flip off of a bar or drop weight. These help with that a lot. I have noticed they help cut down on calluses as well. I purchased the two hole grips in size medium. So far they are holding up well and the Velcro strap stays secure. There are a couple small reasons why I did not give these 5 stars. The first involves the fit. The finger holes are a little snug, and my hands are not big by any means, but the length of the grip is too long. I find myself needing to adjust them frequently. Additionally, the grips were extremely stiff out of the package, which this has improved slightly with use. However, with the snugness of the finger holes they haven't given much.

great grips and cheaper than bearkomplex. Same exact material but picsil uses better more solidly constructed velcro.

Overall, I liked these a lot. However, after using them for 4 months, probably twice to 3 times a week, the Velcro failed mid workout, while doing muscle ups, which was kind of sketchy. Grips outstanding, velcro-meh

Got these to replace some leather grips that I had.(3 hole) Best decision I’ve made! Took about a week for them to somewhat break them in. These things really help me stick to the bar and not rip! The holes are amazing size for my fingers! I can even use them with out the finger holes and they still stick to bar! Found these on a YouTube video from Jacob Heppner. They made the top 3 out of 20+ grips and I can honestly see why! You buy these and you won’t want to get any other grips!

These grips are great, exactly what I was looking for. I use them for CrossFit and they don't disappoint. Almost identical to the BearKomplex grips, but with a better velcro strap. I like my grips larger so I ordered a size up, that being said the picsel sizing chart is spot on.

I have done CrossFit for about 6 months. I never wanted to spend the money on grips. I bought these to try them out and they make life so much better. They look better in my opinion than bear konplex and are cheaper. I would buy them again in a heart beat.
