The Sleeve system works MIRACLES. I was suffering from tennis elbow, and experienced a lot of pain when attempting to do everyday chores. I was considering a more invasive surgical procedure; but once I started using the sleeve, I felt immediate and continuous relief.

I’ve tried all sorts of earplugs (as shown in the pictures). They all leak in one way or another except this one; this one just won’t let one tiny drop of water leaks into my ear channel - no matter how I change my body position (lower my head, bend my back, facing the shower head...) in shower.The most amazing thing is you could hear music during showering like normal without any earplug, so this is not for noise reduction earplugs.

I was skeptical but this actually worked for my diagnosed "golfers elbow" (who knew there was such a thing?). I am an average 6', 50 year old in fair shape (185 lbs) and I got a "medium". It fits perfectly. Easy to put on, and it really diminishes the pain! I wear it comfortably at night (sometimes the worst pain is while I am trying to sleep) and also have been wearing it all day under my dress shirts.I did experience a bit of discomfort during the first few the first few days. The elastic at the top irritated my arm between my bicep and tricep (soft part of your arm close to your body). I managed this by rolling the fabric up so it didn't sit in the same place for more than an hour or two. After several days I did not notice it anymore.I can honestly say I highly recommend this brace. The reduction is pain was remarkable (i still marvel how well it works for me), the quality is superb, and their follow up to make sure all is well has been terrific. I did NOT receive any reduction in price for my opinion as have many reviews for other products I have seen (but I sure wish I knew how to get into that program!). This is very simply an excellent product for a fair price that does exactly what it said it would.Well done DashSport (and Rich - owner). I will certainly be a return customer.

I wish DashSport sold cars or washing machines also, their customer service is that good. I inadvertently purchased the wrong size sleeve and was unable to order the correct size on Amazon's website. DashSport contacted me, apologized for the mixup and send me a replacement sleeve (2 actually). I wish all companies valued their customers as highly.The Elbow system contains both a compression sleeve and the arm band. I see the compression sleeve as more of a long term aid, it will take some time to see if it effective. It might help, can't hurt. The arm band is another matter. As soon I put it on, I could tell it was much more effective than my previous armband (an Aircast model). I was able to direct the pressure very precisely and the band was easy to tighten and did not loosen at all during 3 sets of tennis. Did it magically cure my tennis elbow? No, of course not. My elbow was sore before I started playing, but after 3 sets, it was certainly no worse. I also wore it while washing & waxing the car. No pain at all. I don't know if DashSport's product is significantly better than other well made arm bands. But, it is well made and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends, based solely on their customer service.

I was surprised the package was so small. I thought no way could something this small work the way they say. Well, call me convinced. I put it on right then and used the pressure band on my elbow. I was able to move my arm above my head and backwards. Two things I haven't been able to do in over a month. The pain had simply reduced to a very dull roar and I kept it on until the next morning. Still can't lift heavy weights but that is not what this proclaimed you could do. On the road to recovery now.

The earplugs were reasonably comfortable in the ears, but they did not actually close the ear canals, so, I am didn't see much use for them. May be just my ear shape... Your mileage may vary.

I have been hurting for months from shoulder all the way down arm even in to my hand. I've been using a brace on the pressure point which helps but only small amount of relief. this sleeve has been awesome! I can actually use my arm like normal again and no more pain when I twist or turn or pick something up! and I can still use this brace over the top of it if it starts up again but so far as long I wear the sleeve I have not had to have the brace too

I am very pleased with the Dash Sport Compression Elbow Sleeve System. To start with, delivery was on time and packaging fit the size of the product. I followed the size chart and ordered a size large which fits my arm perfectly. It's snug enough to give me the compression support that I need but flexible enough so that I'm not struggling to pull it on like some other products I've tried. The fabric is lightweight and breathable yet very supportive. I felt comfortable all day wearing it and even forgot that I had it on at one point - which I then realized that I wasn't feeling the pain in my elbow and arm either so this product really does the job right. I would highly recommend this product. Look forward to more products from Dash Sport.
