Needs to provide more heat and additional massage

I used it twice & haven’t really been troubled with neck pain since. I also used a muscle cream, so not sure. I like it because if you have a power pack you can wear it around the house or car. It is lightweight & powerful for its size.

i left it plugged in for 24 hrs. and none of the functions worked. nothing to tell me if its charging nor if the functions work. Neck brace is fairly comfortable but it's still s piece of junk.
