strange moral
This story teaches that if you're shy and different, if you're able to do something heroic, then you can finally be accepted. It's a cute story, but I feel they missed a great opportunity to teach about being different and making friends without needing to fly

Cute story, but...
It's a cute story, but it desperately needs editing, not just for grammatical errors, but for continuity as well.For example, a few pages in, she introduces the mother, named Violet, presumably because of the purple mane and tail, but on the next page she either calls her Sunbeam or randomly introduces another character mid-sentence that never shows up again in the story.For .99 it's a cute story. It had the potential to be better, though.

The story wasn't well written and the illustrations were few and not well done. My daughter loves unicorns but I bought another book to replace this one just so I didn't have to read it to her anymore, I couldn't take it

It is a cute little story with a good moral. It shows that if we try we can make friends.

I picked 5 stars because it tells you amazing things and girls can do anything if that tried!there was not that much bad things about this book. but it was short and it could of told more! I think that this book is a good book

Enjoyed the story of starlight and her making of new friends. A good read even though it was a bit short.
