This is really a warning to those who have moved away from cigarettes to lozenges, to help break the habit. I am sure these would be OK if you used for a couple of weeks. However, if you use these any longer, you will start to find your teeth damaged, with all enamel from them stripped, never to return. I used these for over 6 months, and this was enough time for these lozenges to do irreversable damage to my teeth. My dentist was shocked at the damage, I have lost 3 teeth, with many more in poor condition, with many trips to the dentist to help repair what I have left, and very expensive. My dentist said that later that day, another person came in with the exact same problem, these lozenges destroy your teeth if used for any length of time. My advice is to choose the sugar free loznges (Nicotinell Nicotine Lozenge), they are a little more expensive, but in the long run, will save you thousands in dentistry bills, and a lot of pain.
