Garden Veggie, Tropical fruit. El Paso with Bell Peppers...I cannot remember the 4th one as I have thrown the empty bag away. My fussy blue front amazon would eat any of them..he did not seem to have a preference of which one.

How much waste with these?

If you feed the proper amount there is very little if any waste. Depending on the size of your parrot. Feed a small parrot from parakeet to ciaque 5-6, if the parrot eats all of them you can add one more until you start to see wasted ones. Then cut back one. Medium sized parrots like Amazons and Africa Greys start with 6 to 8 and add as previously described. For large parrots like Cockatoos and Macaws feed 10 to 12 and add as previously described.
