We have beautiful backyard but it is too cold in winter. We bought two Quartz Glass Tube in Hammered Bronze patio heaters in 2015, they looked great but they are almost useless for backyard in winter in Arizona. Because the heat goes up more instead of the surrounding area. Those two heaters use propane and can only last for 9 hours. So after tried for one party and used up all the propane we have never used them anymore:(. This time I ordered this Xbeauty Infrared Patio heater, it turned out to be a nice heater and it works well. Almost all stainless and looks nice. Since it uses electric, there is no hassle to change propane anymore. The user manual is simple and clear and the assembly is easy. This product is cheaper and nicer than the previous ones that I bought. I strongly recommend it.

Let me start with DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! This heater was a gift to my dad last May (2019) for Father’s Day. We spent $200! He used it on his covered deck on chilly evenings. (Michigan) At the end of fall the heater was moved to the garage. It was used a little bit through the winter for projects being done in the garage. In February the heating element actually caught FIRE and melted! I reached out to the seller and had great customer service. They replaced the defective product relatively quickly. When the new one arrived we assembled it an placed it in the garage. It was used a handful of times, and brought back to the covered deck in late May (2020). Now the heater doesn’t stay on more than 10 minutes at a time. I reached out to the seller (twice) again in hopes of just getting a refund (since we have had it a year...and really less than that considering it was already replaced once). They haven’t bothered to email me back. The lack of customer service is disappointing! I’m hoping this review can save someone else from wasting their hard earned dollars! Sad to know that I am out $200!

Shipping:This product arrived promptly and in great condition.Assembly:Extremely (almost surprisingly) easy to assemble. It only takes a few steps with no tools required other than a screwdriver. The included instructions are simple and easy to understand with picture diagrams.Product Review:I'm really excited about getting to use this product! I've only used this for a few weeks now, but it's been a great addition to my living room. I live in California, so our house's central heating system is quite lackluster in our living room. This infrared heater works great as a substitute! My roommates all love it as well. It fills the room with nice warmth, but without overheating anything in the direct line of sight. We can easily spend many hours in the room without feeling uncomfortable as it's just the right temperature.The entire heater is quite tall, but the pole is made up of different pieces that screw in, so it's possible to make it shorter. I'm pretty satisfied with the worksmanship as well. The entire thing is made of brushed metal that feels sturdy and will last a long time. It doesn't feel like something that looks out of place in our living room. Also, the base of the heater has a large (maybe stone? or metal?) weight, which makes me confident that the entire thing will stand straight and has no danger of tipping over.

Great heat source. Looks good. However, it blew our breaker. Takes a lot of energy to run.

Bought this to use in my 2 car garage. Was easy to put together and seems to heat well. I would have given it 5 stars but the instructions said that it would swivel 45 degrees. I loosened the bolt and raised the heater up and retightend the back lt. 10 minutes later it had lowered back down. Repeated several times but would not stay in place.

My heater arrived damaged, the chrome cover that goes around the base had dents in it. was going to keep it anyway but it pulls so many amps that when I plugged it in on my patio it would throw a breaker and knock out half the lights in my apt. I was able to plug it in in my kitchen and it worked. Tried to return it, was given a refund, and told to keep it, gave it away, seemed to work good, I just didn't have a heavy enough wiring and breaker to use it on my apartment patio.

This heater works great we have an on the patio and heat is phenomenal. You could take one of the post out and adjust the heat down lower which puts you closer to table height

Worked OK for a short time but not nearly as warm as our propane patio heaters. Gives off very bright red light which makes you feel a bit like a rotisserie chicken sitting below it. Then it blew over in a wind and the bulb broke. Can't find a replacement bulb so it's heading to the land fill.
