Perfect cornmeal
I love this cornmeal, it has a great texture and taste. I use it to make my favorite cornbread and it seems to be hard to find in the store right now, so glad to find it here.

Smaller than expected
It was not as big of a bag as I thought it would be.its my own fault for not checking. I was Expecting a bag as big as a four or 5 pound bag of sugar. I haven’t cooked it yet therefore I cannot rate flavor or warmth.

Good texture, flavor and long shelf life...makes best cornbread both baked in oven or fried on stove top. Delicious. Just a pinch of salt, a little water, mix and fry patties in hot oil to browned and crispy...good!

I have used this cornmeal for cornbread as did my Mom. The stores are not selling it for some reason 😞. Got it from Amazon
