Somebody from Argentina recommended it to me. I love it. Easy to cook fast in one minute and excellent quality and flavorNice winter meal with tomatoe sauce, any cheese (I use cheddar); ad any protein you like, like chilli or ground meat already made your way. I wish they sell it in Publix or so

The REAL DEAL
Ever since the importer of Estancia quit importing, I've been searching--had a bit of Estancia left and compared visually to this product--absolutely no difference and, yes, it cooks in a minute. This product has absolutely no labeling in English but the nutrition labeling seems to show the same relative values. For two servings I use 1/3 cup of the product to 1 1/4 cups of stock then a bit more stock at the end to adjust to desired thickness.
