Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine Eau de Parfum, 1 Ounce

I was looking for something with a hint of citrus/orange, perfect for summer. It came three days earlier than expected, well packaged and incredible scent - not overwhelming, just right. A lot of perfumes give me headaches, mostly just too much but this is subtle and exactly what I was looking for.

Atelier Orange Sanguine helps me start especially sleepy mornings with a small, energizing blast of citrus. It smells as if someone nearby peeled a clementine about 15 minutes ago. If this sounds odd or feminine, it's not: while I'd almost put this in a unisex category, it's not cloying or too sweet. While many people reserve citrus scents for warmer months, I find that they can help brighten a gloomy fall or spring morning. I rubbed a spray of it on my neck today, just under my collar and tie, and I can't help stroking my chin to take advantage of how great I smell. I just wish this were more widely available: it took forever to arrive.

I'd give this 5 stars if rating on scent alone! This cologne is everything it claims to be scent-wise but it doesn't last! I attained a small bottle & immediately thought of adding this particular scent to my small 'always have' collection. UNTIL, here comes the 3-star review, i kept noticing 3, 4 hours later, that I couldn't faintly smell the rapturing scent! Not even a trace! ....super sad face. Meaning, I'd gladly purchase but not for the price they're asking. I pay those prices for true, lasting scents. Bummer.

I like that it's a fresh smelling scent that doesn't overpower.

The bright notes of citrus combined with subtle musk undertones gives me a daily lift. Not too sweet or cloying, it’s mood boosting aromatherapy.

My first bottle lasted a long time. Two years. I absolutely love this citrus scent. My all time favorite!

I love the unique and gentle scent. Most perfumes give me head aches but not this one. I like their other varieties too. They are mostly natural without too nany additives.

This fragrance has an underlying scent that made me feel dizzy as soon as I sprayed it on my wrist. I’ve used other fragrances by this company, but this one was too strong.
