Decent case, ruined by incomprehensible design flaw
Overall the case is okay for what it is - a very thin, plastic case. Unfortunately the description and pictures are inaccurate and mine came with 2 small holes on the left (volume) side of the case. They don’t appear to be a manufacturing defect but rather a design defect. It’s almost as if they were trying to create an opening for a speaker or something but the iPhone XR doesn’t have one there. It’s not actually that bad of a design flaw but annoyingly the way I often hold my phone results in this rigid, rough part of the case scraping my finger.Hopefully they redesign this case and fix this oversight. In the meantime, the pictures need to be updated as they show a perfectly smooth side of the case.
