I purchased the Lift Heavy Fitness Heavy Duty Hand Gripper in April 2018. However I didn't begin using it until July 2018. I used the Gripper 5 days per week while commuting to work. Today,, August 8, 2018 the Gripper snapped on my way to work. I think the Gripper works well however my concern is that the Gripper "only" last about 5 1/2 weeks of use before it snapped. The Gripper does come with a Lifetime Warranty - - so I will see how the Third Party Seller responds to replacing the Gripper...Since the Gripper works well however snapped - that is why I gave 3 stars only... I will update my comments based on what the seller does for me with the Lifetime Warranty...I will update my comments once I get correspondence back from the seller - - stay tuned...Update: Got my money refunded - however do not recommend as plastic breaks way to easily!!!

I have been using the "Gold's Gym" hand grippers for over a year. After using them at their maximum (90lbs) for several months, the spring broke.I decided that I was going to find something that was more advanced. I saw that these went up to 176 lbs. I just received it, and I was able to use them at the 176lb setting. The grip was comfortable, and they fit nicely on my small hands. The max setting on these was about what how the captains of crush .5 gripper is. This gripper is good for most people, but if you exercise every day, shop around.

Out of all the hand Grips I've owned, this is definitely the best and most convenient one. Others I bought in past are a cheap plastic that wears down after a while. I appreciate the rubber grip on this one. Also the adjustable weight on the spring saves so much time and money. There's no need to buy any other expensive grip when this one does everything within the adjustable spring. Hands down best one out there!

This is the best handgripper on amazon, I say that because it goes up to 164 lbs. I’m fairly muscular so I needed that high range, and the other handgrip exercisers werent strong enough.Highly recommend it, this is a great product, and I was inspired to write this review by the owners great story as a small business owner and just the awesome quality of his product, it speaks for itself

Works as described and it appears well made and very durable. Will update as the weeks go by.2 weeks using it twice a day. It is still working very well. I have seen a similar one at Walmart but it only goes to 90 lbs. They want $8 for it. Had I seen that one at Walmart I would have gotten that one.

Bought it for my boyfriend, he uses it everyday now! The hand strengthener is just as described. You can adjust it pretty easily. Unlike the ones we saw at the store, they were like $39.99 per piece! So glad that I looked on amazon before we purchase that one! Saved us almost 30 bucks!

When I was wrestling, all the grip strengtheners I used would to hurt the base of my palm. The design of this one does not and is the best feature to me. Easy to adjust the resistance in case you want to train just a finger or two which essentially is a different muscle in the hand/arm.

I love the Heavy duty hand grips. My favorite part is where I can adjust it with a turn of the knob. Very well thought of. I can use it on one setting and my son can use it on another setting. Its like getting 2 for 1. Thank you
