I have a problem with easily bruising skin. The doctor said it would help to heal bruises faster. It does. Also, for anyone who has a digestive reaction to Vitamin C, as I do, no adverse reaction.

Solgar: please keep using glass bottles with metal lids! You have a corner on the market on a *completely recyclable* product!These are in completely recyclable bottles, plus they’re a great product! I bought similar pills at my local co-op but they were huge and hard to swallow. These aren’t tiny, but they’re better, plus they’re curved at the ends. They have 400mgs of bioflavonoids, almost twice as much as much as many Americans get in their diet. Having had cancer and living with MS, I’m fine getting more of something that protects against recurring cancer and potentially heals nerve damage!

I was actually looking for just Rutin but this particular formulation was very interesting to me. Acerola "cherries" and Rose Hips are naturally high in Vitamin C complex. Vitamin C as the white crystal is not the whole package nature intended which is complex, made up of colors, and flavors that have been discovered to be much healthier taken together. People have been looking to berries, which also contain similar beneficial complexes. However, they are pricey, subject to mold. I will have a longer lasting supply of Vitamin C Complex from the Solgar company, which has been around a long time.

It has everything I need in it and the price is right.

I have used this product consistently for 50 years. I believe it has helped keep my immune system in very good condition. I am not one to suffer colds or flus, and I thank Hy-Bio as part of my regimen.

Disappointed that this version I bought for the additional ingredients has 10x less rutin ingredient as https://www.amazon.com/Solgar-Rutin-Bioflavonoids-Tablets-Count/dp/B000YN5LU2/ any idea why?Also, as far as I know anytime a pill is in tablet form is not advisable as the high pressure and high heat used to create the pill render the ingredients ineffective in addition to the undesirable consumption of the binders and fillers. I would have been much more satisfied with a gel cap. I have been taking this brand of Vitamin C for years and I love it. I take 1 pill per dayI feel it help to keep me healthy. If I have a cold, I take 2 pills per day.

Tablets have boxy corners and it’s really uncomfortable, difficult to swallow, even when cut in half.
