Used to use this at the barbers but now am able to use it myself at home and for cheaper.

Damaged product
The protective foil is damaged so looks like the product has already been opened I’m not sure if it’s safe to use, not going to use as I don’t think it’s safe to use it now

Not sealed, unhygienic, do not trust
Cannot trust this. Was not sealed at all and the lid was all dirty. I’ve brought this from other places before and it has been well sealed.

Great customer service
Had a little issue when the product arrived. Customer service department rectified in a polite manor, with speed and no hicups, great team! Product is great, bought for partner, thick clay like mask which dries out leave skin soft and feeling fresh and non oily. Would buy again!
