Pretty useful item if you travel international
Hasn't been so long since I was sitting at Paris airport with 10% phone battery and cursing myself for not carrying around one of these international travel adapters. Well, I bought this one and it works great. I appreciate the black color, the quality is pretty good and it's not heavy at all. One thing to keep in mind though, even though it supports universal voltage (100V - 240V) input, it doesn't convert the Voltage to any respective region's voltage. So, basically make sure whatever device you plugin to this unit supports the voltage of the country that you're in. Usually laptops and phone chargers are universal but many other US electronics aren't. It does have a USB-C output and 4 USB-A outputs, so carrying a phone charger is optional.

Great piece of travel equipment!
I don't do a lot of international travel, but when I do in the coming months, I'll be prepared. This item is very easy to operate. You just slide the sliders to the position based on the country you are in and the appropriate plugs come out of the device. This also automatically changes the voltage, etc so that you don't accidentally send the wrong voltage through it. There are 4 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port. This can power just about anything!

The Best Computer I've Ever Owned
I'll start by saying this is the best computer I've ever owned. Everything matched as advertised on the amazon website. The combination of i7 quadcore at a fast clock speed of 2.5 ghz (turbo to 3.5 ghz) which gives 8 total processor threads, 16 gb or ram, and 256 gb of solid state drive, allows me to run the most demanding programs and still have a lightning fast computer and internet surfing. This hardware allows you to run the most demanding games without slowing your computer to a crawl which happened on my old dual core pentium system (which doesn't have processor hyperthreading or a turbo boost) with only 4 GB of ram.Windows 8.1, which is designed with solid state drives in mind, allows my computer to start-up in 2-3 seconds compared to the long boot time of my old computer. All the applications load quickly due to the solid state drive, but keep in mind that you have to trim the SSD reasonably frequently which is similar to defragmenting a normal hard drive, except designed for SSD. This trimming keeps the SSD running like it was new. This 17" model is great for a desktop replacement, but has enough portability for you to take on a vacation with you if you need. But you may not be able to bring it everywhere with you like with a smaller laptop.I do have to say too, that I tried to purchase a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad from ebay.com, but turned out to be a disaster. Lenovo has some weird battery power option software and had a processor bug so that whenever you plugged in the charger or took it out, the clock speed of the proessor would drop to 800 mhz which is a huge performance reduction. I paid for speed and so therefore I couldn't keep it and had to return it. But amazon and the computer upgrade king to the rescue. I've had no such bugs in this computer and I now trust HP brand far more than Lenovo since Lenovo had a bad model that I happened to buy. I wholeheartedly endose the HP manufacturer. The touchpad is fantastic. I've read some reviews that Apple and Lenovo have the best touchpads. But don't believe a word of it. HP's is the best touchpad I have used and the left and right click buttons are built right into the touchpad, so you push down on the touchpad and then it clicks. Most laptops are going with buttonless touchpads now. The keyboard is not bad, but it does develop into a "spongy" typing feel that can cause a few more typing mistakes occasionally. But it's still very useable and not enough of a problem to think I made a bad purchase. The battery life is not the best and not the worst. If you are just web surfing it lasts 4-5 hours on the 4 cell factory installed battery. But the moment you run a demanding game expect a big drop-off. For instance, a game I play brings the battery life from 4-5 hours down to 1 hour and 20 minutes. So you pretty much have to have it plugged in all the time when you play games and can't expect to play a game on the road. The i7 quad core is a power-demanding processor so anything that demands more from it will dramaticallly reduce battery life. That's the same on every laptop though.Overall, I would say this is the best computer I've ever owned. It's main weakness is that llong-winded typing projects cause a spongy typing feel that may cause you to make typos. I would recommend the trusted HP brand and computer upgrade king to anybody.

My search for "the" black purse is finally over!
I have spent the past several years cycling through purses- getting excited about a bag and then ultimately being disappointed because of either quality issues or (lack of) functionality. I've carried too many brands to count, but my favorites have been LV, Marc by Marc Jacobs, (pre-2008) Coach, and Kate Spade. Also, I love black bags, but find they can look too formal or often don't wear well. I am gentle with my purses, but they have still shown wear very quickly and don't look nice anymore after they're broken in.My coworker recently introduced me to Saddleback and I can't believe I've been paying so much for bags that are so fragile and/or non-functional. This was my first bag from them, and I could immediately tell that this was a different level of quality. The leather is smooth, thick, and beautiful. It's softening up and is already looking even better after a month of use. The black has a chic, sleek, minimalist feel to it that compliments both casual and professional attire. The shape is really versatile and suits many different occasions. I also like the thinner strap- I think it looks more fashionable than some of the wider straps I've seen on this style of bag.For me, the size and function of this bag are perfect. It fits plenty without being bulky; I don't find it heavier than any of my other leather bags. I fit a 4x6 leather cosmetic case, slim hard sunglasses case, 3.5 x 5.5 leather traveler's notebook, the Saddleback smaller wrap wallet, a front-pocket ID wallet, a wallet-style 6-key holder, and an eco-bag in a pouch with room to spare. I put my phone in the outer back pocket and it feels secure while still being easy to get to. I can also fit a large Moleskine and 20-oz metal water bottle but that makes it a bit too stuffed/heavy for me!I hesitated on this bag because many people don't like the clasp or said it's too heavy. I don't mind the clasp at all- it took a minute to get used to, but I don't find it hard to use. Also, the bag stays closed fine if you don't clasp it, so there's that option. The strap clips squeaked a bit at first, but I put a drop of WD-40 on them and now they're fine. It's not the lightest bag I've ever owned, but it's not the heaviest either. Some people said the buckle on the strap bothered them, but it hasn't been a problem for me. I'm on the shorter side (5'2") though, so maybe that's it. I carry it crossbody about half of the time and on my shoulder the rest of the time- it never slips off or gets in the way, and stays comfortable even when I'm walking all day.The leather was very stiff at first, but as I've used it it's starting to soften and loosen up a bit. The leather is already looking nicer with wear, and I like the idea that these bags get better with age. For me, it's much better than other bags that look the best on day one and gradually look terrible. You really can't beat the quality/function of this bag, especially at this price point. I'm really happy to have finally found my forever black bag, and glad to know I can use it without fear of it falling apart- or if it does, there's always the 100 year warranty!
