Ｉgot this one three weeks ago. Love it so much! It brings a breeze to my life! I have beautiful hardwood floor throughout my home. It was refinished a year ago. To maintain it brought me quite a headache. I thought about steam cleaning and I ordered an electronic steam cleaner with good online score. After much research and reading the instruction carefully, I’ve realized that it is not for hardwood floor since the floor finishing will not withstand the hush treatment of the steam. So I have to mop it with plain water and hand scrub whenever there is a stain or a grease. I love cooking very much and I cook three meals almost every day. One can imagine how burdensome that I have to clean my kitchen floor! I bent over and over each day to scrub, to clean… It almost robs my joy of cooking! So come this one! It just soooooooooooooooo good！ When scrub the floor, the pads vibrate 1000 time per minute, yes, it is the number but it does not make noise at all! You can talk with your cell phone if you like. Gentle and sturdy like our hands yet never gets tired. It self-propels that make the mopping like nothing! The cordless feature is another plus. The battery can lasts for 45 minute and the water spray is so thin and even, just the right amount. Many many good features, it is so pleasant to work with! I am so glad I have this. Enjoy my cooking, enjoy my clean kitchen. Thank you! One more thing I'd like to mention, the order came very quickly and was very well packed. The manufacture has a very high standard for their product.

First of all, I love washing our hard floors. We have ceramic tile in four rooms, vinyl in one room, and laminate in one room. We have two Persian cats, one of which eats wet food and drips it on the floor in two rooms. Dried wet cat food is almost like glue, and with other floor mops, I would have to bend over and scrape the cat food off the floor with my fingernail. We also have chickens and I carry dirt on my shoes from the outside into the house some times. In the past I have used sponge mops, Swiffer floor mops with disposable pads, and most recently, the Rubbermaid Reveal spray mop with washable pads for about five years. Because of the sticky cat food on the floor, I wanted to get a unit that would scrub it for me. I researched several types of rotating brush units, but they did not meet my desired outcome. Because I have two cats in the house, and chickens outside, first I dry mop the floor in each room. Then I vacuum that same floor again to make certain I'm not pushing dirt around when I wash my floor. Also, I use a home-made floor cleaner made primarily of 2 cups of rubbing alcohol, with a teaspoon of Dawn dish soap, and a little ammonia in a one gallon container and add water to the top. This solution cuts grease and disinfects at the same time. It dries very quickly. Some electric scrubbing floor cleaners tell you that you must use their cleaning fluid or it will damage the unit, but the SWDK Electlric Handheld Cordless mop doesn't. I put water only in the SWDK unit well, and pour about a cup of my home-made cleaner on the floor; then I place the unit with the pad in the puddle, and proceed to mop. It absorbs the solution and scrubs the floors for me, and I just need to guide it around as it glides nicely when it is on. When I need a little moisture on the pad, I spray the water from the unit. It gets about 90% of the sticky cat food because of the 1000 vibrations per minute action of the pad. The LED lights on the front of the unit are great to help see any spots I may have missed. It is light weight. I can do all my floors without running out of power. When I am finished, I plug it in until the three lights stop blinking and store it away until next time. I have learned to navigate the terry durable pad around outside corners to get close to the wood trim and the vibrating pad gets into very small spots to pick up the dirt. I believe the terry durable mop pad does the best job in getting into outside corners, around doors and has the scrubby fiber strips (which they do not mention) that do the scrubbing for you. The only thing I don't like about it is the width prevents me from getting into small areas or corners, but usually they are not high traffic areas and I have already dry moped and vacuumed it for dust, dirt or cat hair. I highly recommend the SWDK Electric Handheld Cordless Mop, It is well worth the price.

The product is awesome. Love the design, ease of use everything. But it has been 6 weeks and now the sprayer is not working. The booklet that came does not have a contact number. AIhomics merchant is based in hongkong so whom do I contact now? No reply. Pay for it and forget about it if it breaks? Really. Why is amazon selling this mop if the merchant does not list contact number?

We have almost all hardwood or tile floors throughout the house. It can be exhausting to push a mop around that much. I took a chance and ordered this, since I have tried a variety of manual models and wasn't happy with any of them. This makes mopping so much easier and does a better job--provided you have enough pads to swap out as needed. I did try mopping a large room and hallway, then went back and mopped again, using a clean pad. The new pad picked up very little dirt, so it would be helpful if the company would sell the pads in multi-packs. As for the warning---this product apparently comes with NO warranty. There was no mention of one in the instructions. Since I had a question about the product, I also asked about a warranty. The seller answered my question about the product, but ignored the question about a warranty.

Does a great job of cleaning hard wood, laminate, or tile flooring but after about a dozen uses, mine will not power up. Something wrong with the power switch already.

Have had the product about a week but have done a number of our hardwood floors. I am using the disposable pads to save myself the trouble of having to wash the others. I did find that these disposable pads can be turned over and used on the other side. My intent is to use the reusable pads more for buffing as needed. The unit is very effective. I am using a solution of Aunt Fannie's cleaner in the spray unit. Food stains on the floor has disappeared. Almost no pushing is needed when working on dry floors. With the cleaning spray applied a little pushing is needed. I can't yet say how the unit will hold up but I am very enthused so far.

Evenly mopped the entire area of tile , and teakwood flooring on just one cup of distilled water. Thank you, SWDS, for revolutionizing floor cleaning that’s unmatched with any other products.
