LOTUSTRADERS Women's Plus Size Ruffled Dress Peasant Smocked A1290

Wow, I love this dress. It's very flattering for women with curves. I'm 5'3" and weigh 173 lbs, I ordered the medium because my waist is much smaller and my upper torso is as well. (Didn't want it to be frumpy!) I carry a majority of my weight in my lower body and chest. I used their measurements to judge with all things considered. The dress hangs superbly and is just above my ankle bone, won't need hemming. The material is soft and flowing, as rayon tends to be. It will be great for spring, summer and fall. I will be getting the white dress hopefully soon so that I can tie dye it, I don't even want to bleach dye the khaki green that I received. (I had wanted to do that but the color is gorgeous, I will keep it as is! Until it stains or something, lol.) Shipping was faster than I thought and I can't wait to order another. I love the Lotustraders designs. I have this dress in white/small and it fit perfectly. This one in blue is definitely shorter and that is not what I expected at all. It come up to my mid callf. The picture representing the dress shows the length going to the floor. I am debating wether to return it or not. The material is not quite as blue as shown on the computer but nice nonetheless. Wonderful designs just wish it was consistent. I wonder how it will wash out. I am 5'5" and weigh 135 pounds so not too tall for this to fit as well as the other one I had ordered.

Amazing dress. I love the sleeves and it is nice and long. I usually wear a 14/16 and I got the "one size" which fits pretty perfect. The only reason I left off a star is because the elastic thing on the belly kinda emphaisized my middle. It is a tiny bit see-through as well so with those two things I will just get a slip and something to suck my tummy in...will be doing tons of ab exercises. lol Beautiful dress!

Very pretty dress and flattering fit for large women. I am 5ft 3in tall, weigh 180 pounds. Bought the One Size and it fits great. Elastic at waist and on arms is plenty stretchable. I have large upper arms, but this fits comfortable. There is a tie at the back of the waist that can be cinched up if/when I lose weight. One drawback is the material is very thin. You must wear a slip because the white dress is see through material.

Really love the dress fits well but would recommend wearing a belt. There is a drawstring but it only draws through the front half of the dress. So if it is a little big or long the string is useless because the weight of the fabric will still pull it down. Overall I do love it and am ordering a white one next. Maybe they will spring for a real drawstring! Lol

Gorgeous dress and always get compliments from my honey and friends when I wear it. Caution, however: do not wash it on anything but delicate and hang dry. Honestly, I think I'll dry clean next time. It's still gorgeous but it shrunk up and is now a much more fitted, but still beautiful garment. If I hadn't washed it separately, the fabric would be kinda loose and flowy like the photo.

I agree with many other reviewers that the weight of this dress is much nicer than I would have expected. It is very well made and seems true to size. The fabric is a bit see-through, but I expected that and ordered a full-length slip that made it perfect. I wore it for a beach themed party and added a loose belt made of sea shells. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Love these comfy beautiful dresses - bought a black one about one to two years ago and just had to buy more just recently - fits as expected - does take time to deliver but worth the wait - will be buying the other colors soon
