Winsor Pilates Sculpting Circle - Advanced

This is a great DVD, combining the sculpting circle with pilates. Some of the exercises are harder than you might think! Mari explains everything really well and she comes across as a nice person. It's a shame that the DVD is only 30 minutes long but I got it from a charity shop so I'm not complaining.
