Quick delivery and good qualitu

I had the same experience as Asha77. I do not recommend this product. It is not made well. The tablets are really too large BEFORE the cracking and expansion takes place. I do not normally have difficulty swallowing pills but these are really problematic especially when expanded. The pictures posted by other reviewers are exactly the way my tablets separated and “grew”. I am not using the remaining tablets and I have only used one. All my other tablets I put in my medication holders, 3 weeks at a time, (individual days with four departments). As stated in other reviews, there was no moisture involved but the tablet looked as if water had been applied with a dropper or something. No other pills were affected. I wish there were a minus star rating available.

Met my expectations.

I was having a condition where I was losing nutrients from my body and not realizing how bad it was getting until I starting having leg cramps. I was having charlie horse cramps multiple times a day and one after another at night. Someone said to try potassium to help, which I did. It all stopped quickly after I started taking these tablets. They work great and the relief is wonderful.

I wouldn’t buy vitamins from Amazon again. This isn’t up to the usually high standards of this vitamin company. Amazon won’t issue a refund so I contacted Country Life directly.

It is better than other potassium brands. I found that prednisone completely depletes your body from potassium. Yet I must take prednisone often because of my rheumatoid arthritis pain. If I don't take potassium, at night I have terrible muscle cramps, they are so bad I cannot raise from the bed. A take of two of these potassium pills makes it go away. I take it for some days ( 1 a day) but not all the time. Sometimes it causes me diarrhea. So I stop. So far I'm happy. I wonder why they put cellulose in it when the body cannot digest cellulose, but alas, I rather don't have those cramps. They kill me.
