Great product! I bought it as an emergency food, but ended up using it every day. The amount is very generous, the taste is great. I love the mix, it’s a perfect blend of vegetables without any spices, salt or sugar. The pieces are perfect size - they cook quickly and are not pure. The celery (which I hate fresh) adds a great taste. Very convenient and easy to use in soups. Thank you!

I bought this Augason Farms Vegetable Medley Blend thinking the can would be smaller, so I was a bit shocked when I pulled it out of the box; it’s much larger than I expected. That’s completely on me for assuming instead of reading the details, but honestly, it ended up being a pleasant surprise because I got far more product than I anticipated. Since it was more than I needed for just myself, I sent half to my son. He loves using it in ramen, and I’ve been using mine in tuna salad, chicken salad, dips, and various other recipes. The vegetables rehydrate well and taste fresh, and they’ve worked perfectly in everything I’ve added them to. This turned out to be a great purchase. The quality is excellent, the amount is generous, and it’s incredibly convenient to have dehydrated veggies on hand for quick meals. I’ll definitely buy this again.

Good to bulk up meals when you Just don't have time or energy to chop things. I've tried it several ways - added it to soup, beans, pot pies, ramen, and with a little seasoning is a quick soup on its own. I plan to take some camping for an easy to carry meal. Mixture is pretty even.

There at an affordable price. I wouldn’t know if I could comment about the grade of vegetables and/or drying process used, but precut and balanced flavor/ingredient surely makes it a good deal. The price to vegetable has been remarkable.

We camp a lot and this is perfect for first night camp meal warm stew and bread keeping it simple while setting up the camp site. You can add extra corn, peas and potatoes to make it more homemade. Augason Farms has great Prep foods as well as everyday use.

Veggie mix came in good condition. 2# .5 oz in a #10 can. It feels pretty full. I got this for those times when you want to make veggie soup and casseroles, but don't have the veggies and don't want to go to the grocery store. So...yes, it's lazy cooking BUT it's also quick and saves me alot of time!! And who of us doesn't deserve that?! This is a blend of dehydrated potatoes, cabbage, onion, carrots, celery, red and green bell peppers. I normally don't put bell peppers in my veggie soup, but since it is the last ingredient listed, I doubt there is an overabundance of them in there. No worries! It's no fat, low salt, low carbs and low calories so it is nutritious (well yes, it IS real veggies..) There is even a recipe for stew on the can! Looks like it rehydrates quickly as well! 30 or so minutes! It has a plastic resealable lid and is well within a good expiry date being 2028. I am pleased (and relieved) with this choice. When I open it, I will try to remember to update with a picture of the veggie mix itself. I don't want to expose the mix to air before I am ready to use. Soup in 90°+ weather isn't what my body calls for. I encourage you to join me in some lazy cooking! We will probably never have a TV show doing that, but at least I would know I'm not the only one doing that!
