does this come with a driver disc and does this work in windows 10?

I don't know about other sellers but we do provide a copy of the document / driver cd. Yes it will work in windows 10.

The picture shown is of the card with the full height bracket and the description says “low profile”. Does this ship with both the brackets?

We supply both brackets. "Low profile" in the description is meaning that the controller is low profile. A low profile controller can use either low profile bracket or full height bracket.

Does this card have internal SFF-8087 connectors in addition to the external 8088's?

No, 9207-8e has external connectors only. 9207-4i4e / 9217-4i4e have 4 external ports and 4 internal ports.

Does this work with Windows server 2016?

I'm using it with Windows 2019 which should be similar. Not exact, I know, but the reason I'm taking the time to answer is to point out that for my system, I had to go into the EFI settings and disable the options roms from running during boot... if I didn't this SAS card (and others, to be fair) would prevent the system from booting. This is using a Supermicro SYS_5029P-WTR, which uses the X11SPW-TF motherboard.
