Q: will it hide scuff marks and scratches in vinyl and matte striping on cars?

No, it only works on the car metal trim work and bumpers, etc. But Not Vinyl or matte striping.

Q: Can i follow it with meguiars ultimate paste wax?

Save your $, This product does very little to nothing at all. If your using Meguiars Paste wax, use their Polish, it is much better then this and costs much less as well or pick up a Glaze from the many other companies.

Q: Can klasse sealant be applied over blackhole

Yes it can however, I have noticed that when applying a sealant over a glaze like brands have greater longevity. I particularly like this glaze under poorboys black wax, looks great and lasts a long time.

Q: Does this only work on black paint or can be used on a dark grey also?

Black Hole may be used to enhance the appearance of any dark color paint.
