Great prebiotic and helpful for visceral fat. Slight sweet taste and I have been having a scoop every morning in my porridge. Some says I mix it in with my morning muesli and yogurt or a smoothie to go. I found it to be helpful for the fibre content and keeping you regular! felt less lethargic as some foods can make you once eaten. Big pack and value for money. I definitely recommend to people who have tummy troubles, has helped me so much.

The inulin is a great addition to my morning coffee (as well as the collagen). Chose this product as I was happy with the collagen from this same company. I read a lot about inulin and how it is an excellent prebiotic for your gut's natural flora, which meant it helped with weight loss. Overall a great product, no taste and barely noticeable.

Good product at affordable price

I am 55,and I have suffered with lifelong constipation. My doctors have tried everything...and so have I! (Usually the only result was just excruciating pain!)To be honest, I didn't believe it would work, but it did! In the space of two days, I've gone from going once or twice a MONTH...to going once or twice a DAY! And with NO PAIN!! I can't wait to see my gastroenterologist, and tell him about this! I'll give further updates as I go along. I'm still worried that it might stop working... Update: I've had to discontinue using Inulin, as I started developing problems. During the night, I suffered excruciating pains. It was so bad that I fainted twice! It could have been a combination of things that caused this, but until we can get to the bottom of my problem (Did I just say that?), I'll exercise caution and discontinue using it. Still undergoing investigations. Presently trying to eliminate foods that I am intolerant to. I'm leaving it at 5 stars because I still think it's incredible that it got me going in the first place! Plus, it seems unfair to give a negative review in light of the fact that I have medical issues which would affect its effectiveness. And I'm sure this would help lots of people who have bowel problems. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

It has a weird taste

Now please don't judge me for saying this as we're all human and we all have to go to the bathroom to get rid of toxins everyday, the only thing I have changed recently to my diet is this the inulin powder with Chicory root and I know it's really good for us but it really upsets my tummy especially in the morning I have never been one for trapped wind until taking this product, it's my body reacting to the supplement, but apart from that I feel great take it in my coffee and my homemade juice from fruit and veggies each day and add it to my porridge everyday, enjoy guys x

I find this pleasant to taste and so simple to use. I normally put it into a milky coffee in the morning and have put it onto cereal. My first purchase was a different make and a smaller bag with the price being higher so I'm very happy to have found this make and will continue to purchase it!

I think it is terrible when one orders a product one really likes, to then find you can never order it again. That's why I took a star out.
