Not cheap cost wise but cheaply made.
Batteries do not charge even close to what they state on the display. Charge attempts to charge li ion batteries past 4.2v(?) stating that 4.2v is at 90%. 3 batteries out of over 100 ruptured, one very close to my face.At first I was impressed.. Now I'm disappointed, worried and really frickin annoyed.

Multi-use charger with great information
Used a couple cheaper AA battery chargers before, but ordered this so I could also charge larger 18650 batteries. The main feature I value for this product is the display which features a mah reading for each cell, has made it very easy to tell when some of my batteries have past their best.Product was packaged well and I'm happy with the build quality.

Simple to use, very clear display，best charger I've ever used.
This battery charger is brilliant compared to any other I researched. This one shows the charge levels in Percentage which is perfect to see how much exactly your batteries are charged up. I recommend this to anyone who love their rechargeable batteries and want to extend their charge cycles.This can handle 1 to 4 batteries and they can all be of a different type，All in all a great battery charger.

Excellent speed and versatility，definitely recommend battery charger
Good product, well made, well presented. Many others have given detailed reviews which I fully agree with.I love the concept of this charger; not only because it charges each battery only as much as it needs, but also because it indicates what the capacity of each individual battery is after charging (not sure how accurate this is if it is measuring the energy input to an already half charged battery but slot 4 can be used to do a more accurate discharge capacity test).

Charger
To be honest it was good when I first brought it but now I am noticing it doesn't charge all my batteries fully, no clue why it has started doing this as the batteries are all new, spend more money and get a better one.

The best 18650 charger i have used
I have had 3 previous charger for my 18650 batteries and this is far and away the best.The ability to change charge rates and the fact it auto detects battery types is a god send.Great product
