Xium - 8 GB Metal Key USB 2.0 Flash Drive (SILVER)

So i got 2 of these. The only positive thing i can say is that the company accidentally sent me a 32gb instead of a 8gb. That being said, it is almost unusable. The data transfer rates are awful and 50% of the time when i plug it in to a computer, the computer says its broken and needs to be formatted. Also, when it does work, my computer is only able to copy data to it about 50% of the time.

This usb doesn't fit any of my electronics well. I used this with my computer and I could barely get it to plug in. Plugged it into my printer and now I can't use the USB on my printer cause the edges near the connect bent something. It seems to be a poor design on something that has been around for a long time. I wouldn't recommend this product.

The good reviews are bogus for sure.While I liked the blank aesthetic, the build quality is . . . the worst I've ever witnessed. It felt a bit funny when I first held it and I noticed that the key is split down the sides. I stuck a fingernail in the crack and the whole thing fell right apart. The glue that was used is utterly worthless. But on the bright side, I now have a bare USB chip, which is kind of cool.

This is the coolest thing. It's a USB drive that fits on your keyring. I downloaded my medical info and important documents to it, passcoded the file, then put it on my keyring. My husband is disabled and he has one too. Any computer can see the info (think doctors office, ER visit etc). If my house burns down, my most valued info is with my in my car.

It works, but is fairly difficult to get into the usb port.

I bought this little guy just to load PortableApps on. It has the web browser I use the most with all my ridiculously long passwords auto saved. I figured loosing your keys are just as important. Now I can plug up to any machine, say at a friends house, and bam I have all my bookmarks and such right there.

There are several unique features with the Xium USB Storage device. 1) Design - shaped like a key and fits on a key ring helps prevent losing or misplacing it. 2) Built sturdy and not likely to bend or break the device. 3) 8 GB, plenty of storage. I have used it for a week and it works great.

A gift from my daughter, who loaded some of my favorite tunes on it, so I could use it in the new car stereo... LOVE IT! And since it is a key shape, I know it's my 'car' music!
