I was disappointed to find that this cord isn't waxed (the appearance looks like it has been waxed but it is more like a shiny cord) so you are not able to use a flame to seal the ends. I have given it a 4 star as I will still use this cord as I like the thickness and it has a nice feel but it is a bit disappointing as I didn't want to mess around with glue.

I bought this for bracelet making but the end frays making it unable to post though beads with a 1mm hole, also can't melt the end together to make it fit either. Obviously usable with bigger beads but no use for the beads I needed it for!Good quality otherwise.

I brought this to mend a broken bamboo wind chime and it has done the job perfectly. The thickness was just enough and it seems like it will be very strong and durable for ithstanding the weather and the job at hand.

Arrived quickly and is exactly as described .I would prefer a little more wax as this cord will need to be glued at the ends to stop it fraying.

its a thin twine bought to mend my bamboo wind chime ,i will double it to make it thicker should work.

Bought this cord to match the gift tags I embellish with appliquéd fabric.
