I used the curanail fungal nail treatment as instructed for months. It helped a little, but not cured.

Honestly, I wish I had taken a before photo. This is my toe after a year of treatment. I’ve had a really bad fungal nail infection for 5+ years which was dark brown / yellow and crumbly. The infection covered almost 75% of my toe and as you can see from the photo, after a year it has reduced massively. I have tried so many products over the years and nothing has worked as well as this. I still have a bit to go, but being consistent has really paid off. It is pricey but you only have to use it once a week. I don’t file my nail every week as I find it really weakens the nail, so I file every two weeks but ensure I apply the solution each week. I had one on my other big toe also, which is almost now gone. Fantastic stuff that actually works for once! 😂 Update: I am still going with this. Look at the improvements. This was a nail completely yellow at one point. I am around two years in now to treatment. Further update: it’s almost gone! I’m at 2.5 years of treatment and I have had this nail infection for around 7 years total. Persistence is paying off!

Ive used so many products over the last 6 years and nothing has worked, even prescription medications given to me by my GP. This has been the only thing ive used that I can say has worked, 7 months of use and 2 of my nails have almost completely cleared up. It takes time but definitely recommend this over any other treatments out there.

I’ve been using it for about a month. It’s too early to comment on the results. One downside is that the polish is barely visible when applied. Also, the instructions are rather sparse; it’s unclear whether you can dip the "brush" back into the polish without cleaning it, or if you absolutely must wipe it with an alcohol pad during a single application session.

I have persevered with this stuff for just over a year as it did seem to be working. I am on my fourth bottle. After a couple of set backs, the fungus appearing in a new place, after about 11 months I got to the stage of the nail being clear of fungus except for the top of the nail and was on the verge of being removable with a nail clipper. I then woke up one morning and the fungus had reappeared in the centre of the nail where it was before I started all this and it is growing again despite continuing the treatment with this stuff which now seems to have no effect. I think I will give up when the current bottle is empty and try something else
