These work great for those nights your kid is struggling to fall asleep. My 6 year old who is 58 lbs needs 3 or 4 to work effectively but once she is asleep, she stays asleep for a good 8-9 hours when taking these. They do take 20-30 min to work for her before she gets sleepy. She says they taste yummy and has zero problem with taking them.

These sleep gummies are amazing! We have tried quite a few melatonin gummies for our kiddos because the riteaid near us closed and their brand of melatonin gummies was the best. These gummies have been the closest thing to those gummies as far as taste, texture, and results.
