Bought for my blue heeler who just got neutered (went with a size large, had to tighten it up all the way but it worked) and he can easily reach his incision so I had to put the old lampshade cone the vet gave him back on. Really wish this would of worked because we both loved it! He didn’t freak out with this cone on or bump into stuff like he did with the other one.

I'm giving 2 stars because the shipping was super quick. However, the strap holding one of the clasps tore on Day 2. And it hasn't been in constant use for 2 days, just a few hours here & there when I'm not home. Luckily my dog's collar keeps it on, but the extra space allows more room for him to reach his incision...which makes this product pointless. Now it's off to the vet to get the lampshade e-collar we all hate so much.

I purchased this thinking 'easy peasy', you need an air mattress inflator, and it is super hard to get the cap off to start inflating. It was so hard, not even my Dad could open the cap. We didn't have the strength for it, had to return it. Theoretically, it sounds perfect! But it doesn't work as expected. I don't even know if the collar would have worked because we couldn't get passed the assembly part!

I liked the ease of use and bought two for my puppies who were getting spayed and neutered. Both were deflated within 3 days. They fit well and worked while they were inflated. I ended up purchasing another one that was a cushion instead so it wouldn't deflate.

The price is inexpensive for a reason. The strap that attaches one side of the clip came off in the middle of the night. Before I could notice or try to repair it my dog was able to get it off and destroy it. Had it on her for 2 days before it was useless. Waste of money and now she is back in her “cone of shame!” I got lucky she didn’t mess with her incision before I noticed she had it off.

Strap holding the clasp ripped 5 minutes after putting it on for the first time.Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence

I used it maybe 5 times prior to when my dog actually needed it. After his surgery I put it on and the strap broke. Waste of money.

Works great to prevent my anxious husky from chewing her tail and hind legs raw but once she found out she could just chew on the clip it became a game of “where did she hid the collar?”. Only 75% Husky proof.
