NOW Foods Water Out - 100 Veg Capsules

This stuff does exactly what it says. It gets the water out!! The first two pills dosage that I took had started working a couple of hours later. I had a full flow. It has some great ingredients. Uva Ursi, Dandelion, Potassium and B6 to name a few.

I give this product 3 stars simply because I am very loyal to this company and can't bring myself to score it any lower. I get almost all of my nutraceuticals from this company. Their products work great, but in this particular instance this "water Out" didn't do anything for me. I tend to retain water every now and then. Unfortunately this product couldn't help me with my water retention problems. Everyone is different I suppose.

It really does work to help to get the extra fluid out. I used to get very bloated right before my period. So happy I tried it.

These are the very best pills and I have been using them for years, but I will only purchase at my store instead of getting them on Amazon, thru Highland Health foods. I had ordered these ahead of when I needed them, so when I opened them today, Oct. 28, 2024, they were too late to return.
