One person said they orderred this and got the 3 micron filter, another person says this is the 10 micron filter. Which answer is actually correct?

hi, I do not have any literature to show the specs of the filter however I believe the 10 micron was the original (off the line)and Mercedes changed it to the 3 as a replacement part for better filtration. This seems correct because the part number has been superseded several times from 003-184-45-01 to 003-184-51-01 and finally to 000-184-61-01 this tells me there was some changes. hope that helps
