Overall, I like the ladder. It's sturdy and easy to open and close. However, I was disappointed that the rubber feet didn't last very long. The sharp edges of the ladder legs quickly cut through the rubber and 1 of them is no longer usable. The others look like they are not far behind. I use this ladder primarily outside, so it's not a big deal, but I won't be able use it inside because it might scratch the floor. Maybe if it was an indoor ladder only with lighter use this wouldn't have happened; hard to say.

It's well-built, nice wide steps and the perfect height for use in our 5th wheel camper. Just one thing to beware of: when opening the ladder via the top step, do not let your fingers curl around the front edge or you'll pinch 'em on the bar underneath.. Don't ask me how I know.. LOLIt stores so flat that it will take up literally zero extra room in the camper since I can store it in a narrow open area next to the couch..It seems to be quite sturdy, but I have yet to use it for any length of time..

I bought this to access some tall shelving at a storage unit. The ladder is the right height for what I needed, the curved bar at the top helps stability when standing on the top rung, it folds and unfolds quickly and easily, and is very stable when unfolded and in use. I did not really notice the width dimension when I bought it and the first thing I noticed when unpacking was that it is narrower than your typical stepladder. The steps are just wide enough for two big feet side by side. It's quite stable, but if you're needing a wider platform for some reason, this isn't it. I'd gladly purchase another one for my application.

I purchased it because, with neuropathy, I needed a step ladder that I would feel comfortable about getting on to even the highest step. I love the handles that help in a sense of confidence in climbing up and not losing balance. I would have liked it a little wider but once you're up on the ladder, you feel it's fine. We moved to a one story house but truly downsizing means making adjustments to how high you have to store things in closets. :o) I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

Very sturdy, well made. The steps aren’t very wide for what I use this for. I’m a dirt track photographer, I use this to stand on while shooting at the track. I did not read the description well enough, the blame is on me.

Works for the basics...I have to be honest, it replaced a step stool that was 30+ years old and built to survive a bomb blast so by comparison, ANYTHING would be not quite so sturdy! But this is fine, gives you a good range of height and easily moveable. We've used it on unlevel ground and it did as well as could be expected. My only quibble is that I would prefer wider steps...make it easier to climb plus items could sit on the top step more readily.

I was looking to buy a ladder that was preassembled, lightweight, wide 3 step, with a high handle to grip, easy to use sturdy ladder for my petite sister who was moving to a new apartment with high cabinets. It was such a great ladder I decided to buy one for myself as well. Highly recommend.

This is a solid ladder and well-constructed. It doesn't wobble and remains stable in use. We have a small space with lots of high shelves, and wanted something that folded flat (so it could be wall-mounted out of the way) and this is pretty perfect. It's also taller than our last one, without being too heavy. Worth it!
