My 3 year old niece loves this book and it is getting her excited about Diwali !

I like how it covers the basic concepts of the holiday but has beautiful pictures.

Nice and sturdy. Doesn't mention any Hindu legends, but focuses on how you celebrate ( lights, food etcs..)

I’m glad to have found this book. My son loves it. It was delivered when expected.

A simple introduction to Diwali. It’s currently one of my son’s favorites before bed.

Sure, there is little content in a book like this, but the fact that bit exists says so much. I wish I had this for my LO 5 years ago. Now, this is one of my go-to Hindu baby shower gifts.

Great way to introduce child to cultures.

Lovely simple books with bright and interesting pictures for my 18 month old to look at. His dad is Sri Lankan so it was lovely for him to have this book to teach him something of his culture. It's not a very long book but nice enough for my little boy.

Did not expect or want photos of real people and kids in the book. These take up 2 out of 8 pages/boards. Doesn’t make for a nice gift where people can imagine themselves or their kids as joining. Established publisher DK should know to do better than this.
