Awesome; has multiple uses
Great! I add about a tablespoon & a half to a smoothie with the following ingredients each morning:- One handful of frozen pineapple- One & a half handfuls of frozen triple berry blend- One scoop/ serving of whey protein powder (Sixstar Froot Loops flavor)- 30g/ One servering of Hemp Yeah! Protein & fiber blend in Vanilla flavor- One serving of Sunfoods Greens powder- Two-ish cups of waterI put all in my little personal, portable, rechargeable Ninja blender & the smoothie keeps me full for hours & hours on end.Ever since I started using this MCT oil I sleep much deeper & it's quality! Also, I read a healthy fat content in smoothies helps vitamin absorption.I have also taken a swig straight out of the bottle when I forgot to add it in my morning breakfast blend, and it was completely tasteless. I can't smell it (if it has a smell it's super subtle.) The bottle doesn't leak, and it arrived to me without any leaks or damage.I often roast broccoli with this... I toss a bunch of cut florets in this MCT oil then sprinkle it with salt & white pepper, put it in the oven at 400° for twenty minutes, and it's literally one of my most favorite things to eat- so much that I eat it daily & often times with multiple meals per day. Also works well as a carrier oil and as a great after shower moisturizer 😍

Simply MTC oil from coconuts
I recently had the opportunity to try BetterBody Foods' Organic Coconut 100% MCT Oil and I was blown away by the quality and versatility of this product.First of all, I love that this MCT oil is organic. As someone who is conscious about what I put into my body, I appreciate that BetterBody Foods sources their coconut oil from organic coconuts. This not only ensures a higher quality product, but also supports sustainable and ethical farming practices. One of the main reasons I was interested in trying this MCT oil was because of its keto-friendliness. As someone who follows a ketogenic diet, I am always on the lookout for quality fats to incorporate into my meals. The fact that this MCT oil is made from 100% medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and contains both C8 and C10 fatty acids makes it the perfect addition to my keto meal plan.I have used this MCT oil in various ways, including adding it to my morning coffee for a boost of energy and mental clarity, incorporating it into my salad dressings for a healthy dose of healthy fats, and using it as a cooking oil for stir-fries and roasted vegetables. The subtle coconut flavor adds a nice touch to any dish without being overpowering. What sets this MCT oil apart from others on the market is its high concentration of C8 and C10 fatty acids. These are considered the most beneficial MCTs for energy and metabolism, making it a great choice for those following a keto or low carb diet. Additionally, this MCT oil is gluten-free, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions. The 16.9 oz bottle is a generous size and lasts a long time, even with daily use. The packaging is also well-designed and user-friendly, with a convenient flip-top lid that allows for easy pouring.Overall, I highly recommend BetterBody Foods' Organic Coconut 100% MCT Oil for anyone looking for a high-quality, keto-friendly, and versatile MCT oil. It's a great addition to any healthy lifestyle and I will definitely be purchasing it again in the future.

Great for seborrheic dermatitis
I suddenly developed seborrheic dermatitis, and have been battling it now for six months or so. I’ve tried many things, including Nizoral shampoo and conditioner, aloe, and other “solutions” that just didn’t work. The Nizoral shampoo seemed to make things even worse, drying my scalp, making it itch, and giving me tiny pimples all over my face.SearchIng further for answers, I read that some have had success with MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) oil. I thought “might as well give it a try,” and was instantly impressed at the results. So I decided to go back to basics and and try using this oil on my scalp. I’ve made my own shampoo for years using Vanicream shampoo as a base and adding various essential oils for a scent (Vanicream is a basic shampoo… no additives, no scent, no herbal whatever… just basic shampoo).I towel dry my hair and then slather this oil on it after maybe 15 minutes of air drying. It’s a strange experience, frankly, and my hair looks ridiculous, but I leave the oil on for 30 minutes and then take paper towels and gently rub my hair and scalp to absorb the excess oil. I was surprised that this left my hair looking healthier and feeling softer than ever before! And the best part is it seems more effective than anything else I’ve tried at reducing the dermatitis! It’s still there, but seems to be reducing more every time I do this process, and it doesn’t dry my scalp like Nizoral does. I expect that eventually the dermatitis will fade away completely, and nothing else I’ve tried has given me that hope.I also put a bit in my coffee each morning to see what happens. Funny story: when I first added it to my coffee, I just poured it in. Then I read the bottle and it suggests starting with 1/3 dose (one teaspoon) to avoid gastrointestinal distress (fancy word for diarrhea).Let me just say that I should have read the bottle first 🤢EDIT: I now think I also have psoriasis (an autoimmune effect from skin/scalp trauma). This oil is still extremely helpful in abatement, but there is no real "cure" for an autoimmune effect (it's an effect, not a "disease"). If you're suffering from either psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis, this oil definitely helps and is generally a pleasant experience to apply.Another product that has definitely helped:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XJRCDQ6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsKinda spendy, and not really a shampoo (but works fine as one), this product has had the most impact on my scalp. I use it as a shampoo (it's very gentle and liquid... not much foam). So I use this as a "shampoo" and then wait for my scalp to dry and then use the MCT oil. It's the best I've come up with so far.
