not certified for U.S. waters by the Coast Guard.
The product appears to be well made. It is not US coast guard approved.it is certified for use in the EU, not for USA usage, I have contacted the USCG on this issue.They state that the wearer of this jacket will treated as if he is not wearing a jacket and fined ,ETC, IF THE VESSEL IS BOARDED BY THE COAST GUARD.25% restocking fee.$30 for return shipping.Lessons learnedDisappointed in Amazon.

Fits OK once on but not easy to get on and off. Oh and it's not USCG approved.
Not coast guard approved apparently.Fit me well. I'm 6' and 185lbs and it was adjustable although there is no quick release for the front strap. It's a bit of a pain to have to adjust it to the larger waist size to get it to fit over your neck and shoulders to put it on. I can't see myself using this too frequently as it is not easy to put on and off. I wish they had made the main belt with an adjustable clip and not an adjustable no-clip strap.I only hope it works if I were to hit the water. No way to really test w/o wasting a CO2 tank.Coast Guard did not approve this vest FWTW.

Coast Guard approved life jacket.
I like the lite weight of the life pressurizer, but it is not coast guard approved. If I get inspected by water patrol i would be ticketed.

Be careful
It pfd fit very nice, was very comfortable, but when I went to check the co2 canister, I wasn't very Happy to find out it only had six months before it expired. And then while looking for a replacement cartridge I read on the reviews that it wasn't USCG approved. I had been using it in my boat and if I had been checked, could have been cited. I contacted the seller and they sent me a refund

Safety offers peace of mind
Excellent quality and offers great piece of mind. Perfect for anyone spending time around water, most especially if you are alone. My husband wears his faithfully now at the marina if I'm not with him as often there is no one around. The auto inflate option is wonderful to have!
