What are the cadmium levels in this product?

Other than buying exclusively from brands which test for heavy metal contamination (Terrrasoul is the only one I know of), you're better off buying cacao grown in Bali, where cadmium levels in soil is less of a problem

Does it taste similar to the starbucks green tea?

Matcha is a powdered green tea that is mixed with water. There are different forms. Starbucks has Chai. Never seen Matcha tea at a Starbucks. It has a sweet smooth flavor. Never bitter.
