Great quality, gets really hot.
I love this thing. Regular heating pads don't get hot enough. This one has ample settings - I mostly use 150 and 167 degrees. Really great quality and one of the best purchases I ever made. I use it for period cramps, back and neck pain, or just to stay warm while I work at my desk. Have recommended it to many people. There's no issues with it and it doesn't use too much power - I have older electrical wiring in my house. It's very bendy and comfortable, with no pointy wires in the middle of it. I think it is worth the price and glad it isn't more expensive. I could easily see them charging over $100 for this. Just be careful because it provides such good pain relief that you can over do it! I did get some redness on my belly a few times. I've had it for 1 year now with no issues.

Excellent warmer. Disregard previous review
I gave a review earlier but I have to take that back. This device works excellent I just didn't give it enough time it got so hot but I had to turn it off. Now I know to just set it at a lower temperature I need to find out where that other review is and cancel it. My apologies

A Heating Pad that Actually Works!
I like this moist heating pad for my arthritis. It really gets hot if that’s what you need it. It comes in different sizes…also a plus. It has a lighted display which is good in the dark. The only issue is the cover over the heating pad has a funky smell when the pad is turned on. The best thing to do is wash the cover before use. Otherwise this is a good find!

Finally a hot heating pad!! It works!
This heating pad actually does what it claims, it gets hot! I have severe chronic low back pain & on pain management. I used to be able to get a prescription heating pad but they no longer do that. I have bought 7 yes 7 heating pads in the last 2 months of every brand out there, none get hot! This is the first one that actually gets hot. I do wish the timer on it was longer than 1 hour but I can keep turning it back on. It’s good quality & well made. So happy with this heating pad!!

Excellent moist heating pad with 3 settings
I was replacing a 13 year old moist heating pad and originally purchased one that you had to hold the button down for it to work. I replaced it right away with one that has settings that control temperature and time. I ordered the second one from the same company and completely satisfied.

They don't work anymore. Don't buy!
These used to be great. I've been using these for over 6 years. The last 2 that I purchased 1 lasted 2 months. The last one 1 lasted 3 weeks. Maybe the components on the newer pads are a bad batch. They should batch test some of the new pads. I usually used the pad at 109°F. That's not abuse, it's an easy job for a $50.00+ heating pad. The first 2 pads lasted more than 2.5 years each. I only replaced them because the power cord dried out and the insulation started to crack. Again, that was after 109°F every day, so that was expected. Not a few weeks. Made in China. Maybe they wanted to save a buck on a chip, and not perform a "Burn-in" test. I used to design industrial temperature controls, so I do have an understanding of these things. Test and fix them, and I'll buy them again. They were the best, and it's a shame that they aren't anymore.

Update: (stopped working) A heating pad that actually gets HOT
Update: The heating pad stopped working randomly. I have had it for just over 1 year. It is still my favorite but I am so bummed out that it only lasted 1 year. Changing my rating. Original review: This heating pad is totally worth the extra cost. I tried several other "cheaper" versions that never would heat. This gets hot, the highest temperature 167 is sometimes even too hot. I purchased to help get me through pain after surgery and it has been a life saver for me.

An Excellent Heating Pad
It's kind of mysterious, but this heating pad really does create a kind of moist heat! It's a dry pad; you don't add water or anything, but after awhile you do feel a soothing moisture on your skin where it is lying. It's well made, pliable, and soft -- both the inside pad and the flannel sleeve. It's not like the cheaper heating pads that are stiff and/or rubbery and sticky. I love the timer and heat setting features, and I like that it gets hot enough; some heating pads hardly get past warm. I usually only need it on 150˚ but it will go hotter even than that. I've had this for months and used it a ton, and it has held up beautifully.
