I have never written a review on Amazon after thousands of transactions, but these shoes and the company deserve recognition. The quality, care and meticulous attention to detail that have gone into this shoe even down to the packaging/boxing is second to none. I originally emailed the company directly to ask a question and the company returned my email within the hour. The shoes arrived in 2 days (Amazon Prime) and the shoes were nestled in a beautiful branded shoe bag inside the box. The quality of leather, stitching and craftsmanship is a pastime. The shoe is very comfortable and added sophistication on the laces that happen to be weighted at the ends. I personally wore these to an event and they really made a statement. I was asked numerous times who made the shoe and where I purchased them. I own no less than 50 pairs of oxfords and wingtips from Florsheim, Cole Haan, Johnston & Murphy, Charles Tyrwhitt etc. and have never worn a shoe this beautiful and comfortable. The pictures on Amazon are accurate but you cannot photograph the quality that you will hold in your hands when you receive them. New and elated customer!

I had an issue with Lethato shoes. One of the shoes had a catastrophic failure as you can see in the original pictures. I was contacted after Lethato reviewed the shoes and realized that this was an unusual break for a pair of their shoes that are only 2 months old and worn maybe a dozen times. Their managment team reached out to me and sent a replacement pair at no cost to me. Lethato stepped in and stood by their product. The shoes look and feel great and I receive lots of compliments. I would recommend them to anyone and now I know they will back up their products I will recommend them even more.

Ordered two pairs of these (tan & wine red) as a deal of the day special a few days ago. They just arrived today. I opened the box and there was a strong chemical odor, but that is not unusual with new shoes. These shoes come in a felt drawstring bag inside of a standard shoe box which is sealed in clear plastic wrap. A shoehorn is also included. When I finally got to the shoes, I was immediately impressed with how great they looked. The craftsmanship is very impressive with top quality leather. The sizing of these did concern me a bit when I ordered. I normally wear a size 10M, but they come sized in 9.5M/10M (It is that way for all the sizes from what I can tell). I tried them on and I can say these are some of the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. I have not figured out how to change the way they are laced due to the large brass caps on the end of the laces, but I can live with that. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and I plan to buy more.

The shoes are QUALITY! I was super nervouse to buy my husband hand made shoes off Amazon. But after reading other reviews I took a leap. So happy that I did. My hudbands face on Christmas morning was similar to that of Ralphy with the Red Ridder.I am a fashionista & buy all my husbands clothes. He likes to tell everyone I'm his personal stylists. I know whats up with quality, stylish apparel! These shoes are truly hand made. The detail is amazing. The colors are rich, the navy is a true navy so it won't be mistaken as black. The cushion in the bottom is way above the standar Cole Haan or Donald Pliner shoes. Honestly, these are worth way more than what I paid for them. They are true to size as well.These shoes are far superior to anything you will buy at Nordstrom, Belks or Neiman Marcus! I can't say enough.... perfectioin all around!

Wore these shoes for the first time today. First to the dentist, then the drug store. Everyone who saw them loved them! They fit just fine, feel comfortable, and are definitely attention-getters. I was expecting the suede part to be a bit lighter blue, but in the sunlight or a well-lit room, the navy blue shows up fine. Today, I wore them with jeans, a white button down oxford, and a corduroy blazer -- they dress down quite well. One of the ladies who loved them predicted they would look fine with a blue suit. I've got one. Will try it soon.

Do NOT buy this product. Nice looking shoe - not quality and will NOT last. Lasted two months and leather separated from sole. Offered a discount to repair the shoe - really, after two months. Not a quality product - dont expect to wear this shoe more than 12 times. Really a shame.

I want to say it's difficult to rate this item and the 2 might be a little unfair, so I'll try to explain.I normally wear a size 12 or 13. Thus, I ordered a size 12.5-13. They were enormous. My feet slid around in them even with an orthotic. They were so loose that tying them as tightly as possible made them roughly as tight as a slip on.I also noticed as I walked in my clown shoes that the black leather was creasing after just a few steps so you could already see discoloration occurring. I knew I was returning them so took them off immediately for fear that a discoloration like that would cause the return to be rejected.That said, however, I really liked the look of them and probably would have kept them had they fit. I wasn't offered the option of an exchange, however, and I wasn't interested in paying full price on these.

I don't know if I would have looked at these shoes if Amazon hadn't put them on a flash sale.They are handcrafted in the USA and you can see and feel the quality.Shipment was quick and they were in a shoe bag inside a shoebox, and of course in a shipping box. In other words, a classy way to package their product.I was worried about comfort, but that has not been an issue. The first time wearing them I got so many compliments. I bought a second pair on black and wish that I had bought a third pair. I do highly recommend these shoes.
