Nice compact kit for a few bandages and meds

Perfect capacity and portability!

Love the concept and simple rip open design. I failed to read the product dimensions and expected the item to be large enough to fit triple anti, alcohol wipes and some basic bandages. I thought that this micro med system would allow for integration with it and a tactical backpack/molle pouch with Velcro on backside to connect to Mole back. My pipe dreams left me unfulfilled. lol if you want a pouch for inside your med kit this is for you

Just perfect, it’s the perfect size. Mine Holds regular size bandages in a small, slim slot; butterfly bandages in another similar size slot, a pocket in front of those that’s perfect for alcohol pads and pain med packets and the other side is perfect for gauze pads, large bandages and even a pair of gloves plus I carry a skinny roll of medical tape. The medical tape is really the only thing that makes any amount of bulk, it fits perfectly in a cargo pocket, and without the tape it would fit just as well in a back pocket. And the grab handle is nice and easy to find.

These are great little pouches that I keep in my larger trauma kits full of different band-aids, ointment packs (antibacterial, burn, sting), and individual medicine packs (ibuprofen, acetaminophen, antihistamine, antidiarrheal). Just need to address a boo-boo? Open up your trauma kit and pull this little pouch out to address minor injuries. Don't have to disturb trauma kit items and then toss this boo-boo kit back in. It fits a decent amount of boo-boo related stuff in it. Wouldn't really want it any larger for that purpose. Cost has gone way up over past month. I paid like $9 for this on Amazon not long ago...now they want almost double. I'd wait to see if price goes back down. Definitely worth $10...not sure about $18. I bought multiple (at $10) for my kits, but would not at the $18 price.

This is a perfect little kit for some bandaids, alcohol/iodine pads and a small 2 oz Neosporin bottle. It's a good supplement to a proper medical kit that can fit into a pocket as well as a fanny pack, GP or dangler pouch, and the handle is wide and easy to grab.

Disappointed. Comically small. Does NOT include plasters and gloves as stated in product description. Way overpriced for what it is.

I thought it came with components mine came empty disappointed

Vorab: Erwarten Sie nicht all zu viel. Bei der Micro-Pouch handelt es sich um eine, mit Klettverschluß versehene, Minitasche für Pflaster und ähnliche Gegenstände. Die Innenseite ist, der Größe entsprechend, ganz gut durch kleine Steckfächer unterteilt. Die Verarbeitung finde ich ganz sauber. Das Hauptmaterial der Tasche ist leider klein Cordura sondern eher ein günstigeres Material. Fühlt sich an wie bei einer einfachen Regenjacke - macht aber trotzdem einen stabilen Eindruck. Die Ränder sind mit diesem klassischen Saum-Material wie bei Klettverschluß- Geldbörsen versehen und ordentlich vernäht. Gut finde ich den robusten, schwarzen "Schlauch" an der Oberseite der Taschen für den Schnellzugriff. Ich würde sagen für den Preis von knapp 7 EUR inkl Versand geht das in Ordnung.

Great little pouch for simple first aid. I have 2 of these. One on each bag i use. Or i pop one into my trousers pocket. Nice grab handle for ease to take out of a pocket with a single finger.
