Can someone please tell me what the actual carb count is per bag ,I can only see on the packet how much protein in them

If you click on the other pictures you will see that the carbs are less than 0.1 g.

Can you please confirm if these contain cider vinegar or malt vinegar? Malt vinegar can contain traces of gluten.

Hey! It is definitely gluten free - although the malt is derived from barley there is no gluten in the final product as it is all removed when processed. The product contains less than 5 parts per million when tested.
