good information, maybe a little outdated ... although YouTube has many videos that contain the same info as this book.

This book is well written. It explains what Work Breakdown Structures are and how to make them. The explanations are progressive and logical. I feel as though I improved my understanding of WBSs a lot through reading this book. Since reading the book I have made a few WBSs for new projects which are far more effective than my attempts before reading this book.

This tool should be in the Schedulers library.Explains and gives examples of WBS.Many enter this profession without any coaching, mentoring and one has to 'figure it out'.Regardless of present status, one can never stop learning. The more tools we have, the better we serve our clients.

Too wordy. I wasn't looking for something to help me prep for a test but to provide direction on how to best use WBS.

Very straight forward perspective on WBS. Very good at describing WHAT a WBS is WHY it is used. Not the best how to book. That said, it's a short quick read to gain valuable knowledge.

If you want to really understand about WBS this is the book you need to read. It describes and exemplifies objectively and covers the information you must have.
