A well researched, informative and interesting book for anyone interested in discovering the health and spiritual benefits of psilocybin mushrooms, or who want to experiment with them.

This book is a great example of great writing. As an investigative journalist and writer I truly appreciate the skill, effort, and talent of Michelle Janikian. I’m researching a private project on cutting edge physics, states of consciousness and existence and Michelle’s book has allowed me to understand the ethnobotany and psychedelic aspects in this fungi. This is truly a classic work and one of profound experience and knowledge.

After reading Michael Pollan's "How to change your mind" this one also seems very well researched and compose information from a lot of sources. Halfway through it but it's an easy read and already got a ton of good ideas from it. It also has a personal angle which makes it even easier to read for me.
