Arch support
These have been my favorite insoles for work. I'm on my feet from the time I arrive to the time I leave & most days my arches, legs, knees, hips, & lower back are just done. I had tried the extremely overpriced inserts & just about all of them that claimed to offer the best arch support. I have high arches & would have to double the inserts up just to make any difference but then my shoes would be too tight on my feet. These have helped so much. Yes everything is still tired when I get home but it is expected, manageable discomfort. Not the kind that makes you think you have something wrong with you. The insoles are pretty thin but much thicker in the arch area which is exactly what I needed. I could even use a little more actually. They are comfortable too. A lot that are for high arches are hard in the arch area but these aren't. They aren't too soft though either so you don't sink as soon as you put weight on them. These will continue to be my go to inserts.

Different strokes for...
You know I just realized I hate that saying in my title...just kinda gross.Anyways...This is more of a orthopedic CORRECTION device. Not so much an arch support insole. The way these are constructed the entire insole is like a CUP with a very deep heel cup. I believe this is to correct over pronation as well as it's opposite condition. If you're just looking for plain arch support... there's insoles out there that will do a better job. But if you suffer from the aformetioned foot ailments. This maybe an excellent and inexpensive solution.

Supports high arch
These shoe inserts are the best for high arch support. I had to trim to fit shoe. Be sure to take out the original shoe pad before placing these in shoes. I'll be ordering more.

Arch is too high. Could use more cushioning in the ball of the foot area.
I struggle with plantar fasciitis. I've tried many inserts - from $500 custom orthodics that were junk to $10 ones from Amazon. I have probably tried over three dozen kinds.I decided to give these a try, as they are extra thick in the heel - probably the thickest I've seen.I wore these for several days at work, and after a while, they hurt me feet. The arch is very high. I have a high arch, but this was too high for me. These also gave me pain in the ball of the foot area. Partly because there's really no cushioning there, but I think the very high arch added to it.I did like the thick heel cushion. That was comfortable.I think if they could make another version of this with a little lower arch, they would have been perfect for me.The material is all foam with a thin cloth covering - there's no plastic. I'm unsure how they would hold up to long use. I did not wear them long enough to find out.

Instant Pain Reduction
I want to say upfront that I am not a paid reviewer. I ordered these on a whim, and I am so glad I did. I underwent surgery for Achilles' tendon repair in December 2018 and subsequently fell on the cast, causing additional complications and pain. For the first time since the surgery, I am able to walk normally! No limp! My pain was instantly reduced--I would say 90%, which is awesome!! I can finally walk around the house without constant, overwhelming pain. I am so excited and thankful! And you cannot beat the price. I hope to update this post as I wear the insole and hope the pain reduction increases over time. They fit perfectly in my shoes with the exception that I have a leg length discrepancy and wear a heel lift, which causes that heel to slide out of my shoe a bit, but I don't think you will be disappointed if that is not an issue for you. Great insole that I will definitely buy again! Thank you!

I ordered the correct size but the inserts are so narrow
I ordered the correct size but the inserts are so narrow, they look like they may fit a very small woman's foot.

not very soft
These are a good shape but, not as elevated as they appear in the picture. They have high sides but a big dip in the center. So they take up lots of space in the shoe without actually elevating your arch and heel very much. They are firm, more like lifts more than a supportive insert. They aren't cushiony enough to provide lasting comfort and they take up so much room that putting a softer pad over them isn't really an option unless your shoes are 2 sizes too big. I got a similar set I like much better. These might be good to give shape to a flat shoe so I will hang on to them.

Arch support to far back
I just like them I think they should make more size options my pair is ok however the actual arch support is to far back so they feel like a lump to close to my heel maybe the next size up could be trimmed down to fix them but I ordered from the provided size chart unfortunately My foot is not size 6 to 9 all at the same time
