Does this have microbeads or plastic in it?

I don’t know if they’re plastic but they do have this little beads.. you feel the exfoliation but it’s not hard. I’ve used this since I was 13 and has worked great for me!

What are the exfoliating beads made out of? Do they disolve?

The beads are made from cellulose. They dissolve.

Is this just for acne or can it be used for a regular facial cleanser?

Yes, Definitely great for a daily wash! Not too drying.

Does this package have "new & improved" written on label? The new formula is awful and I'm in search of the original!

Mine says new and improved and I also hate it, unfortunately no face wash will ever be the same since they passed a law that does not allow "plastic beads" as they are harmful to the environment.
