I look forward to the relaxation I get from this CD but I cannot confirm that anything else claimed by the description of the product is true. I'm happy I purchased it but somewhat disappointed that I can't validate that it does everything it claims it can do. Update Jan 2018 - I still can't personally verify that I can remotely verify that I've successfully influenced someone else remotely but I'm still glad I bought this CD and I still use it from time to time. I am able to go into a trance much more easily now and love Wendi's voice which is very helpful to the process. I'm here looking for another Wendi Friesen hypnosis CD so take that as a positive rating. I raised my star rating from 3 to 4 because this CD has helped me get into a trance state and I feel good when the session is over even if I can't say that I've been able to affect anyone remotely. I'd say don't let that stop you from buying this CD as it is a lot of fun and very relaxing. Review: Five Stars - very happy
