I accidentally ordered these thinking they were the biotin, and I’m honestly so glad I did! After trying a couple of other brands, these are by far my favorite. These vitamins are easy to chew and these are and taste good. Go down well with no problem my hair has grown. My energy level has picked up and my stomach has not become upset since taking these vitamins so yes, I do recommend them and I would buy them again..
