Wish I could show how amazing this mug turned out! I have pictures of my boys on it and wrote little messages on each side. Everything turned out perfectly! The images had crisp and clean quality and the words were easily legible. The color change was quick after a cup of coffee and stayed fairly visible thr whole time I was drinking it. Came well packaged to prevent breakage too

It was a ok product. It does change color if you put it in hot water but you can see the photo underneath it a little bit other then that it’s good

My older sister got ~in trouble~ with the cops a few years back and had to get her mugshot taken. I took this as the perfect opportunity to put that beautiful photo right smack in the middle of the mug. Christmas morning comes around and I give her the mug with some hot chocolate in it. Let's just say her reaction when it charged colors, was completely worth every penny.

The picture shows up clear once you add something hot but the overall look is strange it almost seems as if you can wipe off the black stuff put on top to make the cup dark? Unsure and hard to explain, it's a cute little cup overall though, 3 stars.

It would be a very good cup if they only put the picture I sent but for some reason there was some weird line going across the bottom which ruined it, with all the Xmas activity and shopping I didn’t have enough time to return it
