Will these fit with Phonax P90 ?

I know they are pretty universal, and fit easily with my Widex Evoke Hearing Aids. I don't know snything about the Phonax P90, sorry.

I am finding tears in tips when new, just removed from the pkg- Anyone else or am I doing something wrong? Thank you!

I just checked my new pack of these tulips and don’t see any tears. I’ve been using these for a couple of years and never had a problem. Do you trim yours? I trim the tip off of mine. That might make a difference. Or maybe you should request a replacement.

Excellent Compromise

When I started wearing hearing aids, I used open style domes with little openings around the flared part. After experiencing a lot of whistling and feedback, my provider switched me to the round, closed style. That eliminated the whistling, but often resulted in muffled sounds and even a little ear irritation. The tulip style is a wonderful compromise. I think I’ve found a winner! 😁

I can hear!!!!!!!

These were the saving!!! of my hearing, they made all the difference with my hearing aids!!!!!!! I have been so frustrated since I started using hearing aids and have had several pairs, I finally found the problem!!! I will be reordering these to make sure I never run out although I have only used 1 ( hear that 1 pair of them). These fit into the ear canal and they fit the hearing aid snuggly!!!!! Love, love, love them!
