Best phone ever for this price range!
This is really like a flagship phone. The camera quality is fantastic and the front facing camera and video is very high quality (one of the hardest things to find in smartphones). The sound quality is very good and it's fast enough to do most tasks just fine. It's not a gaming phone however. The fingerprint and Face rec. works good as well This is the only Blue phone that will work on Verizon but it does require a call to Verizon to activate it and get it set up for all features to work properly. Without calling Verizon you may get phone to work but no mobile data. Just make the call, don't waste your time calling Blu. They have nothing to do with it, it's a setting that Verizon has to do with your phone. I had no problem with browsing the internet, data connections when I travel, playing videos, using GPS, etc. There are some minor glitches using social media when the phone may freeze up or cut the screen off. Example Facebook Messenger has some compatibility issues. Lastly, the battery is not the best, don't expect 2 days of battery life with this phone. But it's as good as my Pixel 2 XL which sadly also does not have the best battery life. But the photo quality between the two phones is not miles apart. The BLU VIVO XI+ has a great camera and video it's one of the best features. You can't go wrong for $150.

Great Phone for the Price!
The first thing I notice was how fast the phone was. I know most phones are fast when you first get them. The screen is very vibrant. I did not notice the Blu help app which I thought was standard on the phone. I don't think it's got the newer version of android either, but these are not deal breakers. I bought mine around Christmas time and got it for $149.99 so right there it's worth it. I suggest for music you download a new app for listening the one I had on here wasn't that great and nothing would show up on my car for titles or songs until I got the new app. The phone does feel like an expensive phone it does not feel cheap or plastic. The finger print mode is ok you have to make sure you have your finger just right. The pictures to me are just ok, but I haven't really done too much in that area, and have not even tried doing any video with it. If you're someone like me that doesn't need the very highend of phones, but wants one with great screen, and has more than enough Ram, and hard-drive plus you don't want to spend $800-$1000 for a phone you will just turn around in two years and get rid of this is a great choice.

Incredible phone
I've been using the Vivo XI+ for several weeks now. I'm very impressed with this Blu cellphone. I wanted it when it was first released but waited just over a year and got it at an incredible price of $149 from Amazon. The specs are great for the price. Plenty of memory 6Gs and storage 128 Gs. The Mediatek P60 processor is very snappy and never disappointed. The battery life is just above average but adequate for all day use. The 1080p screen is beautiful and has adjustments which most phones in this price range do not offer. My favorite part of the Vivo XI plus is the dts sound circuitry which is great for playback onBluetooth speakers and headphones. I can hear a difference in sound quality when listening to Spotify or YouTube. The only disappoinment I have is that I contacted BLU in Miami FL to upgrade to Android 9 OS and was told that the version I purchased could not be upgraded, however it will work with Verizon. But the Android 8 setup is fine with the delete previous app task button. So I can definitely give this phone 4+ stars and recommend it, even though it's about 2 years ago when it was originally released. It can still hold up. It's a beautiful phone, Fingerprint censor and face recognition works fast. The camera makes the most beautiful pictures too. And for $150 price, You just can't beat it. This phone is sold in Asia/India under the Panasonic brand and has very high quality. So snap it up now, if you need/ want an excellent high quality second cellphone or inexpensive first smartphone.

lack of headphone adapter is a fail for me.
The phone worked great however I do listen to audio a lot on it with a wired earbud the USB type C audio stopped working on the first phone and it had to be replaced. On the second phone it worked fine however the battery life on the phone isn't the greatest and I ran into huge issues finding any USB type C adapters that would allow me to charge and listen in fact I tried about half a dozen sold on amazon and none of them worked with this phone. I ended up putting it in a drawer to keep as an emergency phone should the new phone I bought break and I need something to use as i wait for a replacement. Great phone if you are on a budget and don't need a wired audio connection.

Do Not Buy This Phone.
I was really excited about getting this phone. It had fairly good reviews, it was a really great price, and it looked good. But it is so much more trouble than it is worth. Please, just spend the extra money and get a phone from a tried and true company that actually cares about it's customers and products. I bought this phone in the beginning of December. Within a MONTH, it was dropping cell signal, turning off randomly, and causing issues. This issue has continued for 9 months. I have been in correspondence with their service and technical team, and all I got was cookie cutter emails, and the suggestion to factory reset (which did nothing but postpone it's issues for about 36 hours) until I finally called, and they said that all I could do was send my phone into their warehouse, and wait for (usually 20 days but because of Covid more) a month or more, for them to decide if the warranty, which is very confusing even for a person who works a law firm, would cover the problem. They do not offer a temporary replacement phone, they will not hold your information or put it back to how it is if you send it in. They will not be responsible if it breaks while shipping it to or from the ware house, and if they decide that it doesn't fall under the warranty, you have to pay for shipping, to and from (to the ware house anyway), and all work that was done on it. They won't help for a local shop to do the work, they will not work with you in anyway to help fix the issue. That's not the only thing. The camera, is not great. It can take really well lit, like sunset and sunrise pictures. But If you try to get something when it is remotely dark, it will be grainy and the zoom is horrendous! The phone is a super weird size and configuration. It doesn't fit any cases but the exact ones from BLU, (which they only have the ones they send you) and a few obscure companies that make them. They are also expensive and they do not have many options. The phone also has a really hard time with its headphones. I don't know if it's the adapter or the earbuds they send with it, but it refuses to let me use them when I am on a video call, or phone call, and when I use them while listening to YouTube or Spotify, they make the phone freak out for no reason. I really think it is the phone though, because I use the earbuds on my laptop, and they work great, so there is something wrong there as well. Now, these issues are not huge, and if you would take them at the cost that phone is at, then go for it, its your money. However, I had this phone when I got into a car accident, and when I had one of the scariest medical scares of my life, and both times, it just decided it wasn't going to work. To fix the issue of it not connecting to my cell service, I had to restart it at least once, sometimes multiple times. If you ever get into a potentially dangerous situation or need to make an emergency call, you cannot rely on this phone to be able to allow you to call for help. I thankfully was not in life and death situations and I am okay now, but I fear for anyone who has this phone and does get into a life and death situation. I pray that no one is hurt because of having to deal with this phone.

Good
If I could have done 3.5 stars I would have, but 4 seemed too high. The phone is a good phone, but it has a few drawbacks. Pros: - It's one of the rare unlocked phones that works on Verizon (or Total Wireless in my case which uses Verizon towers). - It's relatively fast. Likely not quite as fast as the latest flagship phones, but about on par with the flagships from a year or so ago (which this is still cheaper than). - The battery life has been very good. - It includes two cases - they're not robust enough for me to use long term (though you probably could) but certainly good enough while I wait on my main case to arrive. - Storage space (128GB) and RAM (6GB) are both incredibly good at this pricepoint. It also will accept an SD card for additional storage if you happen to need it. - Dual SIM cards. It may not benefit everyone, but its a nice feature. Cons: - The fingerprint reader. My previous phone (an LG V20) was darned near flawless on reading my fingerprint. On this phone I just turned it off since it seemed like I'd need to reposition my finger 2-3 times to get it right (and it would count each attempted scan as a failed login attempt . . .). - Battery charging - while the battery LIFE is good, the charging speed on this phone is very, very slow. If you're letting it charge overnight it's no big deal, but you're not going to plug it in for 15-20 minutes and get any meaningful level of charge. - I've dug around the menus a good bit, and I still haven't found any way to turn on a percentage display in the status bar for battery level. I prefer to know exact amounts rather than generalities and the only place I've seen the percentage displayed is the lock screen. - No headphone jack. I don't personally use Bluetooth headphones (I don't care for having to recharge them). There is an adapter, but realistically I know that will eventually get misplaced. - Android 9.0 - BLU sort of kept their word and released the Android 9.0 update within the year, however it is explicitly not compatible with the phone if you're using it on a Verizon network. Maybe they'll fix this eventually, but for now it's a little disappointing having to use 8.1 when 9.0 is out for the phone.

This has it all, at a price you can't resist!
so i have been using this phone for about a week now. i am coming from a galaxy note 8, so i am used to flagship phones that can do it all. I have to say, i only bought this because of the 6gb of ram and 128gb of internal storage. I didnt know what to expect from the helio p60 octa-core processor. I was expecting it to handle most functions adequately, but damn if i was not pleasantly surprised. I have been able to play all games with no lag, or downgrading of the graphics. i know they are mobile games, so not much to downsize on the graphics, but i have had plenty of phones that run games horribly and drain your battery within an hour. This phone has decent battery life, and is ultra fast. It has no compatibility issues with any app that i have thrown at it, and to boot, it has wireless charging and usb C for fast charging as well. The screen quality is very nice even coming from a qhd display on the note 8. really, if you think about it, the qhd display is only used for playing back 4k videos you've taken with the phone, and while you are attached to wifi. When you are using cellular data like most of us do, it will give you the same quality as the highest end flagship phones at 1080p which is max video resolution that any cellular carrier will allow for video playback on cellular network data. It also has bluetooth 4.0 which i have had 0 problem pairing with even though most obcure bluetooth devices. I have a cassette tape bluetooth adapter for my car that it connects to with no trouble, and i can play audio through my car no problem, and place and receive calls wirelessly as well. For 200 dollars, i say ditch the 1000 dollar iphone, and give this thing a whirl if you are between phones or need a phone quickly. I personally will not be buying any 1000 dollar iphones, or samsung phones for that matter, since i can game, take quality photos, run any app, and big shocker MAKE CALLS!! GO BLU!!!

Best Phone I Have Ever Owned
I haven't bought a new phone in 3 years, I am upgrading from a Moto Z Force on Verizon. This phone feels premium, the blue design is kinda bad but when you throw a black case on it this phone looks great. I could care less about android updates at all, this phone is fast, take great photos, has a great screen, and a ton of memory. I might be easy to impress, but I guarantee this phone is within 90% of the top of the line devices today. I can easily see myself owning this phone for at least 2 years. Also, absolutely zero issues with malware and this phone is officially supported by verizon, I have had no issues with connectivity or calls. the processor and memory on the vivo XI+ is so elite I have never had a smoother google maps experience. The rerouting and actions in google maps are the best I've seen on any phone.
